Do you make websites for businesses that aren’t course creators?
Yes! I'd love to hear about you, your business, and what you imagine for your website.
I have a project in mind that doesn’t align with your package - can you still help?
Possibly! I'd like to hear more about your project to determine if I would be a good fit.
Which platform do you use to build websites?
I use Webflow! Webflow offers the most flexibility when it comes to designing your unique website - from creating one-of-a-kind layouts, to fun button interactions!
Do you offer payment plans?
Payments will be split into 3 and collected at the time of booking, the start of the design block, and before launch.
What happens if I don’t like my design?
My goal is to make sure you are absolutely thrilled with your website! We will be in contact throughout the design process and you will have opportunities to provide your feedback and request changes.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?
I do not offer ongoing maintenance. I will provide you with resources that guide you through making simple updates to your website. I offer "Power Hours" to past clients, where I work through a list of requests for a fee.
Do you provide migration services?
It depends. I'd love to hear more about your migration needs to determine if I am able to help!
What do I do if my website breaks or has technical issues after it’s launched?
I provide a period after your launch date where I assist with technical issues.
