About Planoly
Planoly was the first app to help us curate and plan an aesthetic Instagram grid (far before using the word "aesthetic" became popular). Since then, they've expanded to provide tools that help businesses and creators not only plan their social media, but also generate ideas, automate posts, and even sell digital and physical products.
Elevated Design and Reimagined User Flow
Planoly had a fully functioning Webflow website, but in the words of their wonderful Creative Director: it was basic, lacked creativity in its layouts, and didn't showcase their offerings in a clear and visually compelling manner. Most importantly, the website lacked a succinct and compelling onboarding flow. I assisted Planoly by designing a strategic path that guides users from first visit to product discovery and checkout completion, all while giving the layouts a fresh look. Clear & Intuitive Website Design
Planoly needed a way to display information about their complex product cleanly and succinctly. In many cases, we landed on designs that displayed introductory information that allowed the user to explore further with the click of their mouse.

What hesitations or fears did you have before deciding to work with a designer?
As a Creative Director, I'm very protective of our brand, so it's hard to hand over the reigns to other designers. We wanted to make sure that whoever we hired would be able to execute intuitive and clean UX while staying true to our brand guidelines. Paige did just that!
What kind of gains have you/do you expect to experience in regard to income, confidence, outcomes, etc.?
We expected to see increased trials as a result of a more polished and clear website. Since launching 3 weeks ago, we have seen a roughly 25% increase in trials started!
If someone were on the fence about working with me, what would you say to them?
